Your training session will usually be shared with other drivers. You will be given an initial briefing, followed by track familiarisation and instruction from a qualified instructor before being allowed out solo in a single-seater racing car (once you are judged to be safe enough!).Need to know:Minimum age 17-18 depending on location (under 18s need parental/guardian consent)You should be in reasonable health and agile enough to climb into the vehicle. It is not suitable for people who are pregnant or who have a heart condition, suffer from epilepsy or any major illness. Full UK driving license to be held for min 1 year at some locations.Minimum height 5-52 (152cms-157cms), max height 62-64 (188cms- 193cms) depending on location.
