The Perkomatic is a concealed hydraulic door closer for use on internal doors including half hour and one hour fire doors weighing up to 75kg. The Perkomatic is completely concealed when the door is closed and only the chains and end plates are visible when it is open. It can be fitted where lack of space prevents the use of a surface-mounted door closer. Little force is needed to open the door against the spring, making it suitable for use by elderly people and young children. Supplied complete with screws and full fitting instructions. Rounded brass end plates.
