This clever indoor Panasonic BL-C131E WiFi Network IP Camera can be used on its own or connected to the Panasonic BL-WV10E IP Camera Monitoring System (sold separately). The BL-C131E network camera lets you view real-time images and 1 way audio over the internet. You can monitor your home or office from a distant location using a PC or mobile telephone. And the camera doesn’t even have to be connected to a computer! Because the BL-C131E features WiFi technology positioning is easier, and the need for extra cabling is eliminated. The lens can also be panned (moved horizontally) or tilted (vertically) from a remote location via a PC or mobile telephone. The built-in sensor detects infrared rays emitted from a heat source (such as a person), and sends a signal to begin recording. The camera can even send an e-mail to your computer or mobile phone with the captured image attached. The camera can view images in light as low as 3 lux, and can switch to colour night view mode automatically when the subject becomes dark. Please note: You will need the following additional items to install and configure the camera: a PC running Windows XP or Vista, a LAN cable and router.
